As a child I would sit in my families garage and listen to East Side Story 8-track tapes. This may have been where my love for r&b, soul, and funk music came from. I’m not a trained musician but rather a beat maker. I make hip hop beats by sampling, chopping, rearranging, and programming, primarily on a MPC 1000 and a MPC 60ii. I’ve been making beats with Akai Mpc’s for almost 15 years. Check out the Audio Scribble series for a more (OR LESS) coherent body of music produced by myself.
